The D23 fan event featuring updates on new lands and attractions coming to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure will return to Anaheim in 2026 along with exhibits, panels, presentations and shopping tied to all things Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars.
D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event will return to Anaheim in 2026 on Aug. 13-16.
The Comic-Con-style fan convention will once again hold events at the Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel Stadium and the Disneyland resort.
The three-day fan convention dedicated to all things Disney will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center on Aug. 14-16.
Larger nighttime “marquee shows” will take place at the Honda Center following daytime events at the Anaheim Convention Center. The home to the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks — once owned by Disney when the team was known as the Mighty Ducks — is located about 3 miles away from the convention center on Katella Avenue.

The fan event will host D23 Day at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure on Aug. 13.
Weeklong fan activations throughout the city of Anaheim are expected to include a D23 Day at Angel Stadium.
The 2026 Major League Baseball schedule shows an Angels homestand against the Texas Rangers on Aug. 10-13 and the Kansas City Royals on Aug. 14-16.

D23 tickets will go on sale in spring 2026 for the Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center fan events. Tickets for the Disneyland resort kickoff event and the D23 Day Angels game will require separate admission.
The former D23 Expo dropped the “Expo” from its name in 2024.
The biennial D23 event in Anaheim alternates with a Florida event held on off-years at Walt Disney World.

The Destination D23 event held over the weekend at Disney World included announcements about a Tron Lightcycle Run coaster overlay tied to the upcoming “Tron: Ares” movie, the addition of a Walt Disney animatronic figure on the Carousel of Progress and updates on the planned Villains themed land — all coming to the Magic Kingdom.
D23 2024 in Anaheim featured updates on the Avatar themed land, Coco boat ride and Avengers Campus expansion coming to Disney California Adventure.
